We're also growing our engineering team. This role designs and maintains the back-end systems powering HelloGov's platform — real-time communication, telephony, and workflow orchestration built on Twilio.
- Build and optimize GraphQL & REST APIs for internal and external apps
- Implement real-time features with Socket.io and Twilio (Sync, TaskRouter, telephony)
- Design scalable, reliable services backed by PostgreSQL
- Collaborate with front-end engineers working in Next.js and React
